OK, *it works!* Amazing, thanks Sahana! I've verified against https://complaint.consumerfinance.gov/, https://investors.centene.com/, https://speedqueen.com/, https://covid19risk.biosci.gatech.edu/, and https://linuxone.cloud.marist.edu/ and I'm now able to load all of the above.
TODO:
* Add some way to get user data in the callback. gnutls_x509_trust_list_set_ptr() is my best idea. @dueno would that API be accepted?
* Probably want to support this in gnutls-cli since it's important for debugging.
