There are several "families" of curves:
1. GC256A group
   - id-tc26-gost-3410-12-256-paramSetA
2. GC256B group
   - id-tc26-gost-3410-12-256-paramSetB
   - id-GostR3410-2001-CryptoPro-A-ParamSet
   - id-GostR3410-2001-CryptoPro-XchA-ParamSet
3. GC256C group
   - id-tc26-gost-3410-12-256-paramSetC
   - id-GostR3410-2001-CryptoPro-B-ParamSet
4. GC256D group
   - id-tc26-gost-3410-12-256-paramSetD
   - id-GostR3410-2001-CryptoPro-C-ParamSet
   - id-GostR3410-2001-CryptoPro-XchB-ParamSet

All curves from the "family"/group share all parameters except OID.
