[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Add XTS backport from Nettle (!959)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

Nikos Mavrogiannopoulos started a new discussion on lib/crypto-selftests.c:

>  		CASE(GNUTLS_CIPHER_AES_256_CFB8, test_cipher,
>  		     aes256_cfb8_vectors);

since that's a fips mode it may make sense to add a self test in fips.c as well (executed at startup)
