[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | build: detect previous supported guile (ae715f67)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

I'm pretty sure the problem is `GUILE_PKG` assumes `${prefix}/lib`. It does not handle `${libdir}` properly when `libdir=${prefix}/lib64` like on Red Hat and Fedora. Ubuntu is OK because Ubuntu uses `libdir=${prefix}/lib` (unless multilib is being built, in which case it should fail too).
