No, it's your MR. I am just suggesting - you make the change :-)
Just in case you are unsure:
- edit that file locally
- change your local commit with `git commit --amend README.md`
- force push to update this MR: `git push --force-with-lease`
Then I look at it again and approve/merge if ok.
