Example:
```
#include <stdio.h>

typedef const char *char_const;

void func(char_const p)
{
        printf("%s\n", p);
}

void main(void)
{
        const char *p = "hi";
        char buf[16];

        func(p);
        func(buf);
}
```

Both calls to func() are fine.
