[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | use custom transport with gnutls (#673)

No, that's clearly wrong.  We've been using it in a single-threaded [DNS resolver](https://knot-resolver.cz) with [libuv](https://libuv.org) I/O all the time – mainly for DNS-over-TLS, both client and server side.
