[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | WIP: prf: add function to retrieve early keying material (!894)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

While I think the functionality itself now works, I am not sure if this is sufficient for the practical use in QUIC.  The early keying material is calculated using a transcript hash of ClientHello, and there is no way to export it in a timely manner (as handshake hook is called *before* we can calculate the early master secret).
