[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Increase fuzzing code coverage (#686)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

We can deploy any files/directories to https://gnutls.gitlab.io/gnutls from a CI runner. And then link to there from README.md. Is that acceptable ?

As example see https://gitlab.com/libidn/libidn2 (search for "coverage of our fuzzers" and click on 'here').
