[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | gnutls-3.6.4 release tarball isn't configured for guile 2.2 (#631)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

@sbirkholz Ahm, hups. I run it from the git checkout. At openSUSE we use [this patch](https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/security:tls/gnutls/gnutls-enbale-guile-2.2.patch?expand=1) as we use the release tarball and it fixes the issue. It's the one I posted in the initial comment.

On openSUSE the `guile.m4` file is part of the guile-devel package.
