[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Fix timeout in gnutls_idna_parser_fuzzer (!881)

@nmav I just pushed a fix to libidn2. Let's see how it works out on oss-fuzz in the next days. Anyways, we should use an arbitrary "large enough" limit in `gnutls_idna_map()`. The exact calculation is complicated and can only be done in libidn2. So 2048 as input size limit is perfectly fine for `gnutls_idna_map()`.

I'll change this MR respectively.
