[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | build: install all m4 macros (!865)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

Nikos Mavrogiannopoulos started a new discussion on Makefile.am:

Doesn't this make however building unpredictable? I remember in the past (before ./bootstrap) on certain occasions I would see different m4 files and different behavior in different build systems. Not sure how big the problem would be (or if it will be) as we still have the CI builders, but I worry that for the system that may make the release. What are you trying to avoid?
