[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | When sending no extensions do not include a zero length (!868)

Argh, no. Both this and my version are breaking the OpenSSL client.

Looks like I have one version of OpenSSL which *requires* zero-length extensions list and one which requires it to be absent when it's zero-length?
