[Development of GNU's TLS library]

`asn1_parser2tree()` is not called by users of the library. It is an API for use with the compile tools. You can see  that in debian code search:

The only user is libtasn1 itself (the gnutls entry is because the libtasn1.h in the bundled minitasn1 lists this function, even though it is not in the bundled set).
