[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | cleanup: _gnutls_recv_handshake: added explicit sanity checks (!937)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

I put the checks only to places where a complex function is called which may have side-effects to session state. The server hello done had no side effect so I didn't change it. Maybe these checks qualify more for an `assert()`
