[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | gnutls 3.6 pseudo-randomly breaks VLC HTTP/2 (#713)

Development of GNU's TLS library gnutls-devel at lists.gnutls.org

Hi,

The current theory is that due to false start, we end up having one thread initiating the handshake, and another thread that starts transmitting and therefor completing the handshake from that different thread.

You can find a tentative patch, along with an early discussion here: https://patches.videolan.org/patch/22625/ (or here: https://mailman.videolan.org/pipermail/vlc-devel/2019-February/123053.html)

Your comments/opinion on our understanding of the API is more than welcome!
