[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | gnutls-cli: Fix --starttls-proto=xmpp (!911)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

Added a test, but I am not convinced if those starttls-* tests are working as expected. You can remove starting gnutls-serv without changing the result. There are different errors from gnutls-cli, but the script always `exit 0`. Please review and tell why my assumption is wrong.
