[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | gnutls-cli: Fix --starttls-proto=xmpp (!911)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

If you put these strings into single quotes, and backslash the "'", doesn't it work?  I'm not sure what is in and out here, but the format of the string is 'SUBSTRING_EXPECTED' 'STRING_TO_SEND'.
