[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | WIP: Add support for CNT_IMIT TLS 1.2 GOST cipher suite (!920)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

What would be the behavior of this regarding TLS1.3? Currently what we have is:
 1. in the priority string parsing we disable TLS1.3 if some non-TLS1.2 capable algorithms are seen
 2. early in the session (e.g., when setting credentials) the flag `INT_FLAG_NO_TLS13` is set in the session to disable TLS1.3

Would these curves/ciphersuite rely on these?
