[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Latest Debian.cross builds fail due to datefudge being installed (#701)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

After some test on Gitlab.com CI I am still puzzled. E.g. `gnutls-cli-self-signed.sh` fails.

Datefudge works (tested with `datefudge 2018-1-1 dat -u +%s`).

`datefudge 2018-1-1 ../src/gnutls-cli -p 25055 localhost` fails as expected - but the error message is different than what we expect:

Status: The certificate is NOT trusted. The certificate issuer is unknown. The certificate chain uses not yet valid certificate.
```

We expect
```
Status: The certificate is NOT trusted. The certificate issuer is unknown.
```

The certificates data is `activated `2017-12-30 06:25:48 UTC', expires `2019-12-20 06:25:51 UTC'`.

What really puzzles me is that on a local docker image (built from the same Dockerfile), all tests succeed. Could it be a qemu issue on the docker host ?
