[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Remove checks for ssize_t in configure.ac (#688)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

I don't mind 'milestoning' it to 3.7.0.

But
- your page just claims that `SSIZE_T` is available on Windows, not `ssize_t`. That conforms to my previous comment (and all the references/discussion that I found).
- why should compilation fail ? `AC_TYPE_SSIZE_T` always gives us a `ssize_t`.
