[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Continue loading after rejected certificates in PEM bundles (#696)

## Description of the feature:

Currently `gnutls_certificate_set_x509_trust_file()` will stop if it finds any certificate it cannot load, see issue #693. It would be nice if there was a way to instruct GnuTLS to continue loading the rest of the bundle, rather than having users edit (possibly root owned) files.
