[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | consider using an alternative build system (#320)

Just checked our tree, couldn't find anything especially worrying. Looks like it's mostly gnutls->curl->git which might generate unexpected cycles but that's not a new thing and that's also quite easy to workaround and I would expect people who care have done that already.
