Let me do this after merge the `libtasn1_encoding_fuzzer` commit into the initial commit.

Currently, I immediately see OOM with the new fuzzer - that's the reason I didn't include initial corpora yet. I'll have a look today - there must be an endless loop (or recursion) that eats up all memory.
