[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | pubkey: remove deprecated OLD_PUBKEY_VERIFY_FLAG_TLS1_RSA (!981)

Thank you for this. It makes sense to me to remove the backwards compatibility to address the issue, because it is a niche-use-case (cannot find uses of it outside gnutls via debian code search), and it preserves backwards compatibility only with applications built with 3.4.[0-1].
