[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | build: allow override guile system location (!968)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

Prior to c0ccabfa594801eb441abbb4d4b24cae17cef691, `./configure --prefix=/opt/gnutls` did the Right Thing out of the box.  I think `--prefix` should have a higher priority than whatever Guiles install location happens to be.

Is retaining the previous behaviour an option?
