[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | [3.6.7] Impossible to override install location of Guile bindings (#748)

Since !957 I am no longer able to override the install location of Guile bindings.

That is, `pkg-config --variable=sitedir guile-2.2` does the wrong thing on my system.  It "hard codes" the sitedir to `/usr/share/guile/site/2.2`, but I can only install to `/opt/gnutls/share/guile/site/2.2`.

Can 640a330749c3a4531b511964a045468d76fffd25 be reverted, or perhaps there is a better approach? @alonbl thoughts?
