[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Use locale-independant string comparisons and character type checks (#570)

It is in some locales, if your fixed string contains i or I at least. I know that you know that there are some sigma issues (not sure when they pop up). Also I feel uncomfortable with isdigit(). Better to be on the safe side.
