[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | GNUTLS_CPUID_OVERRIDE does not have any impact on performance (#566)

What I meant above is provide the CPU type (x86/aarch64 or what?), and the flags that you used in `GNUTLS_CPUID_OVERRIDE`. Also it is unclear to me whether you are testing symmetric ciphers or asymmetric ones. Please use `gnutls-cli --benchmark-tls-kx` or `gnutls-cli --benchmark-tls-ciphers` to demonstrate the issue you see depending on what you expect to improve.
