[Development of GNU's TLS library]

About Nettle's RC1, it is basically just the security fix + some minor bugfixes, it's not a huge release or anything.
Niels might have released it directly as 3.4.1 I think, but he is being overly cautious. I do not think it is a problem for vendors if they simply take the time to do a git log/git diff and see what's in it.
