[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Add CI tarball build (!809)

Tim Rühsen commented on a discussion on tests/cert-tests/pkcs12-utf8:

The script works well without bash, just with a POSIX shell. So the question was if the script works with FreeBSD's 'sh' as well.
