[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Add CI tarball build (!809)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

Nikos Mavrogiannopoulos started a new discussion on tests/cert-tests/certtool-ecdsa:

That should actually ignore not the 'Not after', but the algorithm security level for the same reason as the others.
