[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Add CI tarball build (!809)

Nikos Mavrogiannopoulos started a new discussion on tests/cert-tests/certtool-eddsa:

>  KEYFILE=eddsa-privkey.$$.tmp
>  TMPFILE=eddsa.$$.tmp
> +TMPFILE2=eddsa.$$.tmp2

Please use '.tmp' as suffix so an 'rm -f *.tmp' will remove all these files. It can be 'eddsa2.$$.tmp'
