[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Add CI tarball build (!809)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

Nikos Mavrogiannopoulos started a new discussion on tests/cert-tests/certtool:

The reason of this test is to test `--ask-pass`. I do not think we should be reducing coverage.
