[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | RFC7250 Raw public keys (!650)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

Nikos Mavrogiannopoulos started a new discussion on lib/includes/gnutls/gnutls.h.in:

> +/* Raw public key types */
> +struct gnutls_rawpubkey_st;
> +typedef struct gnutls_rawpubkey_st* gnutls_rawpubkey_t;

On other cases RAWPK is used a short to raw public key while here rawpubkey is used. We should be consistent and use a single short version.
