[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | tpm: Try to use password from the PIN callback if srk_password is NULL (!796)

The CI should successfully run after a rebase in master, however I think that's a behavioral change, and I'm afraid of it without us having anything to test with. Should we add some use-case tests of tpmtool and certtool affected by this change, using the component you previously mentioned? Hopefully with !794 we will move the CI to fedora29 quite soon.
