## Description of problem:

GnuTLS fails on two examples from [RFC 4134](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4134):

 - It fails to parse example from Section 4.5 (`import error: ASN1 parser: Error in DER parsing.`)

 - It fails to verify second signature on example from Section 4.6


## Version of gnutls used:

GnuTLS master branch (gnutls_3_6_4-109-g4151d1173f19)
