[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Avoid abort() in lib/extras/hex.c (#604)

hex_encode() may call abort() via hexchar(). I think this is not appropriate for library code.

That function is used by gnutls_hex_encode() and gnutls_hex_encode2() which are used by other library functions.
