[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Fix cipher-openssl-compat failing with LibreSSL (!846)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

Hi, with LibreSSL 2.8.3 this fixes the test program build issue (first place where my patch excludes for LibreSSL) but the second issue (running test) issue still remains:

Anything I can do to help pin point what the precise failure is?
