Okay both with and without the datefudge - `CRL Number (not critical):` is 19 bytes. It is obviously generated from the date. I am guessing it is suppose to be 20 bytes but the first byte is being omitted, as it matches what is expected with the datefudge in the test script.
I tested with certtool I built and the same input files used in the test, same result, 19 bytes (38 hex)
Am I right that it should be 20?
