[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | build: remove src/*.bak from distribution (!808)

The reasoning is based on the following assumptions:
- autogen and libopts share the same version number
- libopts API is upper compatible

I couldn't find explicit mention of these in the documentation, but given that the m4 macro `AG_PATH_AUTOOPTS` takes `MIN-VERSION`, the latter should be true.

Let me confirm with the autogen upstream.
