[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | tests/suite/testrandom.sh occasionally never returns (#656)

This is maybe due to the `continue` in the first loop, which doesn't increment `counter`.

So if certtool fails, the loop is endless.

Removing the error redirection from the certtool invocation shows output like
```
import error: Error in the certificate.
import error: Error in the time fields of certificate.
```
