[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | vasprintf: use from gnulib; don't bundle twice (!841)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

The gnulib variant is quite more complex, but I guess we want to offload the maintenance of `vasprintf()` anyway. So let's bring that in.
