[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | bootstrap: only update the required submodules for building (!836)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

The Dockerfiles for the CI images need a full git clone. Some/most have --depth=2, which is not sufficient. Just remove the --depth option.
