[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | .gitlab-ci.yml: use --no-git to bootstrap (!737)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

I made some tests... looks like `./bootstrap` already does all the needed stuff (no manual cp -a needed).

So all you have to do is remove --no-git and keep your gnulib mirror in .gitmodules.
