[gnutls-devel] moving the CI to gitlab.com shared runners

Hi,
 With the following merge request [0] the majority of the tests is
modified to run on the gitlab.com's shared runners set. This has
certain advantages:
 1. No need to setup and administer specific runner systems
 2. It is much easier to include a test for other systems such as
debian/ubuntu (few more lines in gitlab-ci.yml)

Currently only the freebsd CI test is kept with a specific runner
system hosted by Red Hat. I encourage you to submit tests for other
systems that you believe gnutls should compile and run on.
