[gnutls-devel] moving to gitlab

It seems that gitorious is bought by gitlab, and is closing down soon.
For that I've started migrating the project to:
https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls

That's an actual improvement as I was unhappy with the features in
gitorious. Moreover, we can now integrate the issue tracker to that
interface, and possibly the web site as well. If you're pulling from
git please update your config to point to:
git at gitlab.com:gnutls/gnutls.git or
https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls.git
