[gnutls-devel] gnutls-cli-dbg SMTP STARTTLS support broken, sends ehlo too early

Hello,

gnutls-cli-dbg --app-proto=smtp does not work since it immediately
sends the EHLO before waiting for the server's 220 message. (And it
does not wait for 250 later on.) Attached patch (against GIT master)
seems to work for me.
