[gnutls-devel] certtool --crq-info should show signing algorithm

when looking at a human-readable representation of a certificate signing
request (CSR), certtool --crq-info currently doesn't display the
algorithm used for the self-signature of the CSR. (i.e. it doesn't
indicate if it was RSAwithSHA1 or RSAwithSHA256, etc)

It would occasionally be useful for people examining CSRs to see this
information (i was just asked for it privately, and i think it would be
useful too, e.g. when reviewing a CSR before submitting it to a CA).

Does this seem reasonable?
