Perhaps you are right.  Does the configure test program include
ws2tcpip.h, and does removing the inet_ntop prototype from that header
fails the test?  (I cannot easily test that where I'm typing this,
sorry.)  If the answer to both questions is YES, then you are right,
and nothing else is needed.
